This Class Action is pending and that a settlement fund of $1,000,000.00 has been established to pay claims to anyone who sold property and paid for real estate brokerage services from Landmark Resources, LLC; The Mungo Company, Inc.; LDG, Inc. d/b/a RE/MAX Metro Associates; DTBCR Holdings, Inc. (f/k/a Bob Capes Realty, Inc.); Sandion, a Texas general partnership, d/b/a/ Coldwell Banker United, Realtors; The Advantage Group, Inc.; Bollin Ligon Walker Realtors, PA; and Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. between May 21, 2005 and September 17, 2007, inclusive. A hearing will be held in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, 81 Meeting St, Charelston, South Carolina, Courtroom 3, at 10:30 a.m., on October 21, 2013 to determine whether the proposed settlement should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable and adequate.
